Shrubs, or drinking vinegars are a combination of sweet and savoury flavours. Vinegars, fruits, spices, sugar and aromatics are skillfully balanced to create a tasty concoction. This delicious syrup makes it easy to enjoy the health benefits of vinegar.

Hand crafted mustards. We are using our own vinergars to finish this delicious condiment. a mixture of yellow and black mustard seeds are used in our fantastic mudstards. No artificial colours or flafours and no preservatives are used in our mustards.

Chunky chutneys made with local produce and our own handcrafted vinegars. All natural ingredients, no artificial colours flavours, fillers or preservatives.

A selection of small batch made sauces and vinaigrettes. All natural ingredients, no artificial preservatives, proudly hand made in New Zealand. We are especially proud of our low carbohydrates, sugar free, keto friendly products. No meal is complete without one of our sauces.
