Our Kiwifruit vinegar has a subtle floral flavour, which changes into a sweet and sour fruity flavour with the characteristics of the kiwifruit well preserved.

This delicious, delicate flavoured vinegar is well paired with a neutral tasting oil, like a good quality sunflower or grape seed oil. Made into a vinaigrette drizzled over micro greens or baby spinach. It is a tasty addition to marinades for lamb for the summer BBQ. For something different mix a little kiwifruit vinegar with milk to make a delicious paneer or cottage cheese. To eliminate the last bit of doubt of where this dessert originates from, use kiwifruit vinegar in the preparation of Pavlova, which gives an outstanding result.
