November 19, 2016 No Comments 0 Full-screen Chardonnay Vinegar Jelly By admin November 19, 2016 Ingredients 80ml Chardonnay vinegar salt and pepper 20ml Chardonnay wine or water 1 leaf of gelatine Directions 1Place the gelatine leaf in a bowl with cold water and let it soak until it is soft. 2Take the softened gelatine out of the water and squeeze to remove excess liquid. 3Add the gelatine into a small pot, add the Chardonnay vinegar, the wine/water and heat on low heat until the gelatine melts. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 4Pour the mixture into a bowl and put into the fridge until the jelly is set. 5Stir with a fork until you have small crystal like pieces.
