Ingredients

4 tbsp Ham and BBQ glace

1 tsp lager vinegar

1 tsp low salt soy sauce

1 tsp liquid honey

2 tbsp sunflower oil

1 tsp whisky (optional)

Directions

1Combine all ingredients and stir thoroughly until well combined.

2Brush onto both sides of 4 generous pork cutlets and leave to marinate for 1 - 2 hours.

3Place the pork cutlets onto a medium hot grill and cook until just cooked through.

4Serve with your favourite sides, we love it with grilled corn on the cob and European style potato salad.
